Open result page
LLB 1st Year is the opening year of the two year professional law course, taught in a small group of law colleges affiliated to the National University.
Your roll or registration number goes straight to the official National University server.
This form only forwards your number to results.nu.ac.bd. No result is stored or logged here.
A blank page usually means the server is saturated. Try again shortly, or switch to the SMS method below.
Look up any published session without leaving this page. The university asks a small sum before it answers; type the answer and press search.
Send a single SMS and the short LLB 1st Year result comes straight to your phone.
Published details
The professional courses run on their own examination calendar, separate from honours and degree, so an LLB result can appear in a month when no other result is due. The candidate numbers are small — a few thousand rather than a few lakh — which means the result server is rarely overloaded and the marksheet is usually available on the same day as the short result. Most LLB students are working adults, so the exam schedule and result timing are the parts they most need to plan around.

Step by step
Professional results appear under a separate menu on the result server. Choosing Honours or Degree by mistake returns nothing.
Every course, every grade point, and the CGPA in one sheet.
Open it on a phone, a laptop or a cyber cafe machine. Expect it to be slow for the first hour after LLB 1st Year is released.
Pick the right course group first, then the year. Selecting the wrong year is the usual cause of a result not found message.
Copy the number exactly as printed on your admit card, with no spaces or dashes.
Choose the year printed on your admit card — the exam year for the 2023-24 session, not your registration year.
Your name, roll, course grades and CGPA appear. Save a screenshot or print the page.
Costs one SMS and needs no data pack at all.
Any handset will do. A basic button phone sends this as well as a smartphone.
For LLB 1st Year the format is NU PCP 123456, using your own roll number.

Grades, points and CGPA
The LLB marksheet lists each law paper with its own grade and grade point.
Go to results.nu.ac.bd and choose LLB 1st Year.
Use the registration number here — the long number on your registration card, not the LLB 1st Year roll.
The sheet opens with your name, college, every course, its letter grade and its grade point.
Scan each row before celebrating. A single F changes what you have to do next year.
Screenshot it now. The server does not keep old LLB 1st Year sheets reachable forever.
Enter the credit and grade for each course to see your weighted CGPA.

Board challenge
If a grade looks far below what you expected, you can pay to have the script re-checked. The LLB revaluation window is often shorter than the honours one. Read the date on your own result notice rather than assuming it matches.
It names the exam, the courses that can be challenged, the last date and the fee.
Use the board challenge option for LLB 1st Year on the National University portal.
You pay for each course separately, so choose the ones where the grade is genuinely surprising.
Keep the application number printed on it. You need it for payment and for follow-up.
Through the channel named in the notice — Sonali Seba at a bank branch, or the mobile option if the notice allows it.
Colleges set their own internal deadline, always earlier than the university one. Do not leave it to the last day.
Follow the notice for payment. No official ever collects a revaluation fee for LLB 1st Year by phone or bKash personal number.
Board challenge result
Because the candidate list is small, LLB revaluation results are usually published faster than honours ones.
| Examination | Notice date | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| LLB 1st Year revaluation | Not announced | Awaiting notice | Published as a PDF list of corrected roll numbers |
Look on the National University notice board for a notice naming LLB 1st Year and the words revaluation or board challenge.
The LLB 1st Year PDF lists only the roll numbers whose marks were actually corrected.
Do not read the LLB 1st Year list line by line. Search it — Ctrl+F on a desktop, the magnifier on a phone.
A missing roll means the examiners confirmed the first marking of your LLB 1st Year script.
Search your roll on the result site again and the updated LLB 1st Year CGPA will be there.
Asked by students
On results.nu.ac.bd open the Professional section, choose LLB and the 1st Year, then enter your roll or registration number. By SMS the format is NU PCP <your roll> to 16222.
LLB is a professional course and sits in its own menu. Selecting the wrong course type is the usual reason for a result not found message.
Bar Council enrolment needs the completed LLB result and has its own separate examination and rules. The 1st Year result alone is not enough.
Professional results follow their own calendar and can appear at any time of year, typically three to four months after the last paper.
That depends on the promotion rule in the LLB regulation for your session. Ask your law college office, because the professional rules differ from the honours ones.
